Digital Summit Deep Dive will be held on zoom. You will receive your unique link the day before the event. Please make sure to double check your email on registration to ensure your link is delivered.

You’ll receive your links by the dates below. If you did not receive your link, please email our registration department at registration@digitalsummit.com

  • DS Deep Dive into Email: Wednesday, December 1
  • DS Deep Dive into Content: Monday, December 13
  • DS Deep Dive into SEO: Monday, January 10

Make sure no-reply@zoom.us to ensure your unique event link makes it to your inbox. You can find whitelisting instructions for Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo here.

Registration Assistance

If you did not receive your confirmation receipt email upon registration, you can login to digitalsummit.com/login with the same email on your registration. If you haven’t set up an account or don’t remember your password, you can trigger a password reset from that login page. Once logged in you’ll find your downloadable receipt under the Orders section.

Refunds

Passes are fully refundable up to 1 week prior to the event date:

  • DS Deep Dive into Email: Nov 25th, 2021
  • DS Deep Dive into Content: Dec 7th, 2021
  • DS Deep Dive into SEO: Jan 4th, 2021

Cancellations received after these dates are non-refundable. We do our best to offer a great value year after year to all attendees but due to the unpredictability of live events, we are not able to offer any refunds or partial credits post event.

Passes are transferrable to other Digital Summit Deep Dive events. Passes may also be transferred to another person. Pass transfers must be requested prior to Day 1 of the event. No-shows will be charged full conference fees. Pass Transfers are non-refundable.

What else do I need to know?

All attendees registered with a pass will receive an email within one week of the event they attended with information on how to access the session recordings via the Digital Summit Resource center. Please note that resources are not available to download and will be accessible for 1 year.

It’s of utmost importance to us that the conference be informative, valuable and fun for all. If there is anything we can do to make for a better experience, please let us know by filling out our post-event survey immediately following the conference. We read EVERY one, and use them to shape our future conferences.

If you require special assistance (accessibility requests), please contact registration@digitalsummit.com to provide advance notice by the following deadlines:

  • DS Deep Dive into Content: November 22nd, 2021
  • DS Deep Dive into SEO: December 20th, 2021

Please note our team will need proper time to secure any additional resources required, and will only confirm these resources for registered attendees.
